Rigatoni is a tube-shaped pasta with ridges on the outside. Rigatoni comes from the word “rigato” which means ridged. The ridges on rigatoni are perfect for catching thicker sauces.
 
Order pick-up is Friday from 4:30-5:30pm in the Clark Park Community Garden in Tempe, AZ. If you cannot make a pick-up during that time, please email kristina@violaspantry.com to coordinate. Order cut-off is 9AM Thursday mornings. Orders made after 9AM Thursday mornings cannot be guaranteed.
