Fettuccine

Refrigerate immediately. Freeze if not cooking within 24 hrs. Do not thaw. Drop into boiling water and give a good stir to unwind the bundles of pasta. Boil 3-4 mins in salted water. Always test before straining.

Raviolis

Cream

butter sauces

Heat in a sauce pan on low-heat until warm, then add pasta to sauce and stir gently. Add ~1/2 cup of pasta water to make your pasta even creamier! 

Lasagna

Pre-heat oven to 375*F and bake uncovered.

Small- 20 mins

Medium- 30 mins

Large- 45 mins or until cheese is golden brown.

Tomato based sauces

Heat in a sauce pan on medium heat until it starts to simmer, then turn to low. Add cooked pasta and stir gently.

Focaccia

Preheat oven to 350*F, place focaccia in oven for ~10 mins or until warm.
